Sleep is important

                                You all know it is human nature to give rest to our body after a certain period. Sleep is a natural process which refreshes our mind, body and soul. Sleep is a vital, often neglected, component of every person's overall health and well-being. Getting enough sleep is essential for helping a person maintain optimal health and well-being. Normally we understand sleep is a natural process where mind and body come to rest. But this is not the case; sleep is an active state of mind in which a lot of important processing, restoration and strengthening occur. Sleep is important and compulsory provided to the fact with both physical as well as mental condition. Sleep is important combined with enough sleep. Due to the fact sleep revitalizes, replenishes and enhances the productivity of life.  Sleep can be considered the same as rivers which appear to be settled but deep inside water we don't know what is going in it? sleep is just a part of life which joins to the authenticity of the next day. Sleep is the ultimate result to combat with different negative ideas such as stress, anxiety and nervousness.
                                 There are mainly nine reasons for getting good night sleep or enough sleep;
  1. Productivity and concentration
  2. Weight
  3. Calorie intake
  4. Exercise
  5. Healthy heart
  6. Social and emotional intelligence
  7. Depression
  8. Inflammation
  9. Immune system
Just like our habits term related to "enough sleep" is different from person to person and unknowingly is related to age patterns. Normally an average person needs sleep of minimum 7-9 hours. Sleep is long hours of awaiting rest for both your mind and body to increase its efficiency, also undergo wear and tear of body and maintain the state of relaxation. Sleep majorly helps us to keep active, alert and conscious in our day to day daily activities. Sleep usually helps us to solidify and also recollect our memories and also analyze them. Sleep also helps to overcome our fears and restrain ourselves from anxiety to maintain the state of relaxation. Also, deficiency of sleep often results in creating disbalance between both physical and mental conditions arising from diseases from simple to complex, which may cause also a serious problem from initial to advanced state.

                                         According to me, sleep is an integral and vital activity to procure ourself. It opens us to always stay strong and also be compatible in any situation which ultimately leads to broadening our horizon to develop a different perspective to indulge with life. It is very important to be happy in every moment of life irrespective of the phase because we know time however it might be passing on its conclusion which unknowingly teaches you, you don't realise but later on, it arises showing your faults which have occurred by you in past so always remember to give ample of time to thyself, it is you who will carry yourself with self throughout every phase of life so always remember my words.
