Motivation For Depressed People

                                           Today is a very fine day, and I feel very energetic due to the fact no work is leftover in our daily chores. We are facing the same situation due to pandemic COVID-19 disease. Today my write up is especially for those who are depressed in life. We are in a stressful situation owing to various reasons. Today we will talk about motivation mainly for depressed people. Everyone may be aware of the word "DEPRESSION." So can anyone tell me "What is Depression"? What is the cause of depression? What is the effect of it, in life and also in the long run which also has a deep effect on various factors? Nothing is as powerful if we remain undesired that it may challenge our existence. Everything on this planet is desirable by humans, but it's not the thing we desire is not always earned. So it is the fruitless and brainless fact, to blame oneself. One should never forget that in life there are many things for which we can be "ACKNOWLEDGED". Scientifically termed Depression is a mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing impairment in daily life. Depression is dangerous because it has the worst effect internally as well as externally.

                                                Depression is caused by various reasons as per. It is generally caused by the feeling of loneliness and also in the wildered situation. When people don't get an opportunity to socially connect with others or to express their feeling to others. Stressful life events, which overwhelm a person's ability to cope, can also be a cause of depression. Researchers suspect high levels of the hormone cortisol, which are secreted during periods of stress, may affect neurotransmitter serotonin that contributes to depression. You may be more likely to experience symptoms of depression if you have a chronic illness, physical disorder or a thyroid problem. The mind and the body are clearly linked. That is if you experience a physical problem, you also may discover changes in your mental state as well. Illness is related to depression normally in two ways. The stress of having a chronic illness may also trigger major depression. Besides, certain illnesses may also result in symptoms of depression.

                                                We all have several negative aspirations relating to depression. But also it has positive results. Depression leads to more analytical thinking. We can break bigger problems into smaller components. Depressed folks actually do something better on a certain test rather than others. They tend to develop a better problem-solving attitude than others relating to social issues. Depression makes us more focused Depression helps us keep us away from the distracted and only focus on the subject to the front burner. Physical symptoms keep us on target. The desire to be alone, the decrease in libido, the lack of energy. sleeplessness actually reinforce the focus. Our bodies are actually joining forces with our minds to keep us moving and also tackle various issues that restrict ourselves.

                                                 Just like other instances if something reflects positivity then also there exists negativity. Negativity is as such, you may lack the perspective to properly understand the nature of your issues. You may lack the knowledge of how to fix your issues. You may lack the motivation to stick to your self-help plan. Unlike every other problem it also has some medication. As you know medication is bound to have side effects along with its nature. In some cases, there are mild symptoms and some are majorly suppressed to lower its occurrence.
                                                 According to me, readers it is an undeniable truth that everyone understands the language of love. So being a responsible citizen we have to support them and also be kind to them. It is unbiased and also a non-real attitude that if we are with them, it is bound that they may harm us. This is the situation created by society, so directly we are responsible for it. It is not such that if a person faces such condition, then he only needs support and guidance from society. "MOTIVATION" is the thing which plays an important role to overcome this situation. Today society states that we are educated, but, sadly, we are complete failure to have a difference between "DEMENTIA" and "DEPRESSION." It is the wrong attitude we try to judge people or state our view, without knowing them based on their appearance. We have ignited minds if we only have such viewpoint how we may state "REVOLUTION" 
                                             My only message for such a person is, no matter how critical the situation is don't ever lose hope, change is an unattainable event of the universe. Just get up and strive for your best remember you are best. So one should never lose hope, it is not that anyone is useless. I only wish to aware of society and stop practising unjust practices. If by our kind words fills happiness and positive impact then we must support them.
