deal with depression

                                                           Today I m feeling low and quite depressed I think I m the useless creature on earth. Due to some of the other reason I can't achieve what I want because people's only see the result, not your hard work. Today I learnt one important lesson that anyone in this world is with u or in ur life due to some recognition or posts or u have given ur results to them, no matter how hard work or how much efforts do u take. You know in the world everyone is linked to someone because of his/her needs get satisfied by someone. People in this world don't give importance to anyone unnecessarily. People get stuck to each other so that they can rely upon to fulfil their needs.

.                                                          We humans have been intact to the so-called nature of being anxious, fear of failure, worry. We should develop such an attitude of being calm, pleasant and also resourceful. It usually matters of social upbringing and sacraments they have been showered of. Every human usually must take a firm stand towards helping others during these crucial times. We are bound to overcome this feeling of depression only if we want to. It can lead to various physical and mental losses and also may sometimes result in inability or difficulty to perform daily activities even at work or at home. Depression is a common and social problem which usually inhibits a person's personal growth and also worsens his physical aspect projected to some limitations.

What is Depression?

                                                           It is rightly said that "All obstacles that are perceived with love can transform into greatest life lessons by Gabby Bernstein." Depressions are nothing but a condition in which we restrict our mind beliefs, most of it deals with the creation of some unwanted situation giving rise to a negative result. It makes us drive to inferences that are untrue but usually seems real to us. In other words, it is nothing but a creation of a different world of which full control is held in our mind restricting to our beliefs and actions all in negative influence.

Causes of Depression

                                                            There are various causes of depression, it depends on factors and conditions arising it. It can be both categorised as mental, physical or behavioural issues. Some of the common known causes are:

  1. Family history of Depression.
  2. Childhood trauma.
  3. Brain structure.
  4. Medical issues.
  5. Low self-esteem.
  6. Substance Abuse.
  7. Broken relationships.

If you have a family history of depression then you are at high risk to face it. Owing to gene mutation it generally occurs.

During childhood days, you may have faced certain hardships or critical situation which may result in depression.

If the structure of your brain is framed irregular, then it may result in various types of problems or lead to hallucinations which indirectly leads to a feeling of deprivation or depression.

Medical issues may occur due to lack of sleep, irregular pattern of food consumption, endless thinking which automatically leads to depression.

Low self-esteem may result due to inability to cope up something, fear of failure, over-expectation and also not having goal just defining it according to a scenario.

Various substances arise abusively form of traits on its consumption. Consuming it makes us uncontrollable and also makes us wild in nature.

Specifically talking this is the main cause of depression and most common nowadays, so it is a waste of time as you may be clear by the name itself.

Conclusion: Arriving at the conclusion, a positive mindset is the only solution. Be clear and always be through about what is the basic attitude applied towards simplicity of life. And also overcoming failure not practically but also in the inner mind. Taking utmost care of your asset that is your body and also paying attention to the necessary. Always develop behaviour to help everyone that means always be giver, don't be the seeker.
